blueprint people solutions was formed by a group of disillusioned recruitment consultants, internal recruitment managers and HR professionals with a simple mission; to create the people solutions business that we have been unable to find throughout our career.

With years of experience on the ’client side’, the invaluable ‘client eye view’ has taught us just how wrong the recruitment and consulting industries can get it. We have been led to believe that what we were doing was in the 'client's best interest'. In fact, it was not. It was in the recruiter's best interest.

From a client’s perspective, our industry understandably looks expensive, self-satisfied and self-serving.

blueprint is driven to design and deliver better, quicker, cheaper and more effective ways for organisations to hire, manage and develop their people. We are determined to build a business proposition that addresses terms of engagement and delivery ethics which challenge traditional models in our industry.

One of the great luxuries of helping to create a business is that you get to choose who you work with. We could not be prouder of the team we have, and are continuing to build. Their experience, knowledge, commitment, sense of value and sense of humour are second to none. We don’t believe we have a weak link and we are committed to making sure it stays that way.
